good deal... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   the apartment is a little old so things do breakdown, however, i really can't complain. the rent is very reasonable considering it includes ALL utilities and they provide a washer/dryer in the apartment. it's pretty quiet and i have always found the office and maintenance staff to be very responsive and friendly. great location too! yes, you do have to warn your guests to park between 2 BLUE LINES or they will get towed. my friend got towed and it was pretty pricey.
