Chippenham Townhomes

It's okay From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   For the price and what you get, this place is borderline okay. The townhomes are older and have been repaired as needed. Looks like some of the repair jobs have been done by an amateur. It's quiet for the most part. There is some hanging around by groups of youngesters. On-site management is nice and try hard. I had to call the corporate maintence folks once - they never responded even though it was an emergency. They do have a mold problem. I checked the Richmond crime report (after I moved in) and there have been a number of thefts, car break ins, and assaults over the years. I feel okay-safe during the day, but don't feel like I should go out at night.
