Cloisters Apartments

ok From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The price is hard to beat for the space. However, the walls are very thin, and if you have a next door neighbor like mine who listens to ghetto rap, then the bass will make your pictures fall down and walls crack. Not necessarily ideal for a family, since the cuss words also come clearly through the wall. The people driving by with their bass up goes through every level of the place, and there are a lot of high school/college kids that walk around with nothing constructive to do with their time. One neighbor was recently arrested on gun charges, even though the kid is on middle school. It's a place to live, even if it isn't great. Oh yeah, they raise the rent at least 50 dollars every year.
