I loved the office staff and the apartments are very spacious. Maintenance responce time was good but on the other hand...they did patch work sometimes, and there is a language barrier with one staff member which can cause a problem with communication. They do seem to have some type of plumbing problems particularly from the upstairs full bath to the second floor at the living/dining area. I constantly had leaks and gave up on calling over and over. I also had a leak under the full bathroom's sink I called about several times that they claimed they fixed but it never stopped leaking so I do feel for the next tenants that move in. Patch work!!! My nieghbors were fairly quiet but there have been incidents were young kids were outside at night smoking weed and loitering, and yes Ive heard gunshots right outside my sliding door. A call to the Henrico Police Department would calm those issues down right away. Schools are good and your close to everything. They could add more visitor parking though. But limited visitors parking could be a good thing. Alot of outsiders can reek more havock than the actual tenants sometimes.
