Where to begin Well, maintenance is horrible. It takes them a good 3-4 weeks to get anything fixed. Internet goes down quite often, even though its got a little better in recent months. Forget about doing laundry when you want. Therere only 6 washers and dryers for the whole building, and someone is always using them. Because you are paying to live close to VCU the whole building is filled with college students but if you like having clean hallways and a building that doesnt smell like crap - then this isnt the place for you. There are a few good points though. All utilities are included and theres a Kroger and Ukrops within a block of the building. That doesnt make up for poor service and bellow average living conditions. If you have to live here get a roommate and go for the 2 bedroom model. Studios are too small and lack windows, and one bedrooms cost WAY too much. Oh yeah, and the price is going up to 600 for the studios.
