No Complaints! From: mac449 Date posted: 10/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I have no complaints about the property other than the fire alarm going off. That just reminds me that we have one unlike other complexes around town. I read the other peoples reviews about maintenance and washer/dryers. The maintenance staff have never given me any trouble with any of my problems and quite frankly im not the only one living here either so I cant get but so mad. The washers and dryers I cant say much because they cost 75 cents per load and I take mine back home to do them for free but I know there are plenty of machines on each floor. Security has taken care of most of the dirty hallway issues and calmed the partying down a little. Everything except parking is included in rent so that makes it easy. If you move in and dont take the parking option....its only your fault! I went through the hassle of declining parking and ended up with tickets galore.
