Coliseum Lofts

Good of at VCU! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 2 responses   I lived at Coliseum lofts during the last school year. I had a pretty good experience. I found the apartment to be one of the best in the fan area. After 2 years of renting apartment in the fan district I found a CLEAN APARTMENT! I lived on Grace Street before and had to put up with bums sleeping in my stairwells, bugs, and just stuff that stayed broken. When I moved into Coliseum lofts I got a one bedroom. The apartment was clean and they even had a little gift bag (even if it was a little bit corny). Maintenance was always really nice, I thought it was cool that alot of the staff lived there. overall i think it was a really good deal.(they have free cable.... ) If you are going to go to vcu and don't want to live in a dorm this place is good, b/c you dont have to drive in from the west in or live in a sketchy apartment in the fan.
