The location couldn't be beat if you're a VCU student, but poor (and mean) management ruined the experience. Utilities are included, but internet has an issue with going off, and maintenance takes forever - so don't break anything. The only people childish on here are the ones who give this a positive review and don't back up why.. I have a feeling it's the management trying to do a positive spin. Pathetic.
