Coliseum Lofts
< | >
Vomit in the hallways, washers and dryers that are never working and/or always full of clothes that have been there for days. Frequent fire alarms. On Broad St. and noisy. Really close to gamestop though. And parking is crap because there is no room to move in the parking areas.
OH, and when you move out, be sure it looks better than the day you moved in or they will not give you your security deposit and charge you $200 as a clean fee. (We seriously had the place looking 100% better than we left it, but it still wasn't good enough for them).
Racist Security guards and maintenance crew.
Good luck getting a consistant internet connection.
One last thing: there was graffiti on my livingroom wall that they did nothing about.

Reading this posting is like deja' vu. I lived in Coliseum Lofts and this is how it is.

Glad I came here to read before deciding to move here. It looks small on the diagram, but how big is the studio loft (particularly the loft itself).

after i moved out they tried to say they didnt know when i moved out and kept over $800 of my security deposit. even though they had a signed piece of paper saying when i was moving. they used the 2 1/2 weeks to destroy my apt and then charge me to clean it.
