Coliseum IS a nice place to live. Mostly the things that people say that are negative are caused by other tenants.
Example:
1. Vomit in the hallway- a rare but true statement. The drunken tenants did this!!! I'm sorry... how is that the fault of the Lofts' How about control yourself.
2. Laundry being stolen or thrown on machines or floors- lets see...hummm that would be the tenants Again.
3. Smoking in Lobby- Bingo ... Tenants again
4. Fire Alarms- very annoying... yeah that would be the people that live here.
5. Noise- Well the way I see it. People here just don't respect each other for the most part. They are loud and have parties and fight with their boyfriends.
6. Security Deposits- I know lots of people that have gotten their deposit back. I will let you know when it is time for mine to be returned.
7. Price- the price is a little high but heck .... You are downtown. location location location.
The fact of the matter is ... that this is not a bad place to live. It is clean most of the time when the tenants aren't messing it up. The staff is friendly. Maintenance is good. It is close to everything. My apartment is nice. I have no problems. I think the people have to take these complaints with a grain of salt. They sound like bitter anger people.

I agree with you. It seems a few bad people that live here have to ruin it for everyone else...grow up I say. lol

coliseum lofts is a college student apartment. everyone expects these things to happen. I also think its a little fishy that you would number your reasons to live here. I can come up with 100 reasons to not live here if you care for me to list them. The staff is horrible, especially that dumb ----- alicia. the halls are so dirty because she doesn't know how to mop. thats why she mops 3 times a week. if she did it properly she could only do it once.

I appreciate this post, a lot of people seem like they only write on here if they have a problem with something, people don't post if they do like it. I agree that it seems like most of it is the tenants, and I mean it advertises saying it's for students even, can't expect a whole lot out of that! Thanks again.
