Run by a bunch of shady characters

Long story short, Coliseum Lofts told us that we were guaranteed a three-person apartment, and that they would eventually call us with information on it. Over a month later, they called me and said that no three-person apartments were available, offering to refund the $200 we had given them already. Don't waste your time with these people, they don't know what they're doing.
