Terrible all around, and im stuck here all year.

Not a bad place to live if you don't mind your "high speed internet" to run slower than your grandpa's old 28k modem.
And the service' they use? Not even a brand, some small company called Velocity IP that has no clue what they are doing, boasts about thier 24/7 tech support that isn't really 24/7 (more like call them at 9am if you ever want to speak to someone, anytime after 12 and your out of luck.)
Parking? If you don't mind trying to squeeze between the person who parked far out so they don't block in thier buddy, and a stone pillar waiting to ruin your door.
Wanna get to know your neighbors? Ok here's a tip, just sit in your room, and listen to thier conversation, its that easy, and the sad part, thier trying not to be loud.
Washer and Dryer on location? Great right? Wrong, dryers barely dry at all, and they aren't the nicest of machines, not to mention they break easily.
Need Maintenece? Well my door that was running into the carpet that was impossible to close needed some. I put in an order, and two weeks later I had to remind them to come fix it. Give me a Break.
This place needs alot of work, If it is going to keep me here next year. If you are looking for a comfortable place to live, that provides you with fast internet, quick help and the necessities of college/regular life, then look elsewhere.
