I have lived in Colonial for a year and I've been blessed to know everyone in my building, so at all times I felt safe and enjoyed my living situation. Colonial by far has their issues, when it comes to police, drugs and bad tail kids, but what community on the North side doesn't. Colonial was my last choice when it came to housing, but it was my choice and it's been ok. I'm a student and most college students live here, so get to know your neighbors and the rental office really well and you'll be content.
