I Have been living out in Colonial for 3yrs now!! 3yrs!!!yeah what was i thinking!!
well me and my roommate was in college and thought it was affordable. we didn't have problems the first year but the next 2!!! i mean the rental office is so backwards!! i had to break bad on them the other day!!! they going to tell me they paid my light bill for 3 days in sept!! how dumb does that sound!!! we been staying there for 3yrs and the lights have been in my name.. how in the hell for 3 days out of month it was switch to colonial's name. i told all of them in there i was paying not a damn dime!! we had a water leakage on roof which cause this extremely large brown water spot to be on our ceiling, would you believe the damn maintenience man SPRAY PAINTED the spot white!!! yeah you heard me right, spray paint!!! i am so relieved to be moving out in Dec. i won't advise any college student to stay there, yeah they seem cheap but i would stick with on campus housing!!!

I totally agree with you, I lived here for 3 years as well and I moved out back in July. I had a leak in my ceiling as well and they did the same thing they pray painted it. These apartments are truly the worst good luck with you new move and CONGRATULATIONS for getting the hell out soon

dang i was considering that colonial might be better than treehouse. i would say treehouse at least removes damaged ceilings and puts up new ceiling boards vs paiting over. that is terrible. I guess the whole area is TERRIBLE
