I moved out of the sorry Trolly in October for the Berkshire, since I have been here it has been a dream. The Berkshire doesn't waste all their money making cosmetic repairs to the lobby and corporate floor, they ACTUALLY make the rooms nice - Trolley could learn something from them. I was there for a year and the hot water was turned off once a week, the rooms are ALWAYS too hot or too cold (AND DRY), and the ELEVATORS SUCK!!! The Berkshire also has REAL security, not the "Z force" that Trolley hires to leave the parking gate open and let all the bums in.
Having lived in both places I would say the Berkshire is more affordable, much much much safer and an all around nicer place to live. Think twice about living in the Trolley, actually just don't do it at all.
