They will woo you with the nice lobby and show you the nice "demo" floor and corporate floor, but then you will discover your apartment is a moldy dump and the hallway smell likes human crap. You will also get to find out the elevators NEVER take you to your floor, and don't work (look at all the expired inspection stickers!) The plumbing in the building also stinks, my toilet won't flush right, I have leaks in the bathroom ceiling and my drains clog all the time. Apts are noisy and stink of cigarettes!

Don't give more money to the robbers at trolley square!
