They usually lie about the waiting list, it's not as long as they say. Go check out the parking lot "down the street" before you agree to that because it's surrounded by a slummy part of grace street and i would not park there if you value your car or paint job. There are parking places nearby where you can purchase parking, walk around the blocks (during the day) and investigate. Note-not safe around building at night.

Parking behind the building is usually ok although the gate is frequently broken and someone had a light smashed out of their car by someone walking in off the street a month ago. The parking spots just show you how cheap cornerstone properties is since they painted the lines so close together they barely fit compact cars and my car has been scratched up due to the close quarters parking.

Take the elevator to the basement and check if it is actually full some night to see if they are telling the truth.

everything with the trolley is touch and go, they do their best to save money by making it ------ (elevators) and you do your best to make them fix it - goodluck!
