I lived there for two years out of convenience, and I had an awesome roommate, but she's the only reason it was worth it.
They don't have real security, just "front door people" and you won't find that out until you have a problem. These front door people are underpaid jerks.
The maintenance was excellent and prompt at all times and days.
The management is rude and unorganized and they lose paperwork.
They don't include water in the rent so they can charge you an extra fee for it, and they don't base the price of water on how much you actually use.
They don't have secure parking, and in fact, most of the parking is in an isolated lot that is well-known for break-ins.
If you're facing Franklin St. It's very noisy.
