This place is craptacular. Realty companies just trade it among themselves like baltic ave in monopoly, except at least in monopoly occasionally the property gets improvements. At Trolley Square you can forget about anything ever being fixed right or even maintained, they don't care about anything but getting your check by the 5th!

A few months ago, an apartment caught ON FIRE from an electricity problem, the building was evacuated - AND NOT A SINGLE FIRE ALARM EVER WENT OFF! haha! Want to see what getting out of a burning building is like' live at trolley square!

ps- trolley square says a cat caused the fire, but the resident was found not to be at fault. cat, yeah right.

yeah it sucks, but just live there for a year and suck it up, find a new better place next year. You can live in a much nicer place for less if you just look around.

The fire that happened back in December of '04 was a tragedy and thankfully no one was hurt. Due to the fire walls between each apartment, the fire was contained. However, the cause of the fire was not due to any electrical or structural issues of the building. It was deemed "accidental" by the fire marshall and these reports are public knowledge if anyone wishes to inquire further.
