I can't confirm this for sure but my hallway smelled like urine and i saw some bums getting on the elevator as i got off. If go on the tour don't just let them take you to the corporate suite (which you will never see again) or the stupid game room which is never free (always homies hangin in there - don't even live there), come to the 9th floor and smell the hallway carpet (see above).

ps - the treadmill is always broken so don't expect to use it for latenight runs, it's a piece of shat.
