I lived there for one year. I can't say that I had some special problems except parking and pretty noisy enviroment. Maybe couple of times the management lost my paperwork. However, I got very "nice surprise" after I had moved out.
The guy who inspected my appartment told me that he didn't find any serious damages. But after one month I received the statement of my security deposit where I found 408 $ charges for carpet damages. When I talked to management they told me that some decoloration was on carpet in living room. That's why they replace carpet in whole appartment, and would not proffecional to replace carpet only in living room and blah-blah-blah. But nobody notified me before, I didn't see any signed protocol confirming the damage. I find that this is a very convenient way to maintain apaprtments just using the money of former residents.

i had a big ole stain on my rug and i just said it was there when i moved in (like it was), cause half the apartments are so shittty they dont know the difference. If you're checking out just tell them it was already screwed up!
