I have 3 small kids and live in a reasonably nice apartment in this building. I don't mind the noise, or the crummy elevators, or the washer/dryers never working, or the lack of security, but I CANNOT STAND THE SMOKING. Both of the apartments next to mine have smokers and the doors are paper thin. If I were here by myself it would be fine but my children are getting exposed to carcinogens. I told Trolley and they said too bad, and put some worthless door plate on my door with some cheap sealing tape. This place is NOT child friendly. It's basically a big frat house for all the college kids and not a good place to work at home, study, or have a family!
Trolley could at least warn you before you get an apartment that you will be next to smokers, or put them all on one floor. This place is ridiculous! One year is enough!
