Trolley Square is just fine if you remember the obvious, namely: You're living in a highrise in the middle of downtown.
So, yes, you have elevators and compressed living spaces in an urban environment. But this shouldn't be a surprise.
The building is about as secure as you can get for the circumstances. 1 carded gate to get into parking garage and at least one to two to get out. Front desk manned 24/7. Security cameras, etc.
Do your homework; check out the apartments available. They get nicer the higher you go in stories as well as price. Again, this shouldn't be a surprise.
Beautiful views are available. New laundry machines. ATM, postal drop, billiard room, gym, free tanning and a pool on the roof (under renovation for next season).
Heck, the Richmond Chief of Police has been residing there, it can't be too bad.
It's one of the quietest apartments I;ve ever lived in; the doors are thin but the walls are thick.

The apartments don't get nicer as you go up, you just have to wait longer for the elevators -you pay more to spend the extra 10 minutes going up or coming down. The doors are so thin in fact, that if you live next to a smoker you might as well take up smoking yourself because your room will constantly be smokey. Thanks for the post, trolley office staff. |
