I've seen alot of improvements here since October. New washers and dryers, they fixed the gates in the parking garage and the snack machines work now too.

Some of these other reviews are bs, I've never had a problem adjusting my heat and ac and I've lived here for three years. You have a thermostat on your wall, just turn the dial!

My neighbors rock, mostly students, young professionals, and mostly affiliated with MCV or VCU. Most people that I know who live here (and I know like 20 people here) they have lived here for at least two years and have no problems with anything, and we'll stay living here until we graduate or transfer jobs.

Trolley Square is really a great place to live. I've lived in the fan for six years and I've been happiest at Trolley Square. I mean, it's beautiful. And it's safer than any apartment in shockoe bottom or shockoe slip or downtown. It's quieter too. I wonder where all the people who complain live now' Trolley Square is one of the only three highrises on this side of the James. Trolley, Berkshire and Monroe Park Towers. And MPT is definitely crappy, the Berkshre isn't too bad, but Trolley is the best of all of them.

yeah right, thanks for the new post office staff, if you are reading this can you please clean the vomit up in the elevator and get the treadmill fixed? Get some new elevators too, since they make me hate my life everyday.
