Okay...Honestly, there are a lot of problems and there are some good things too! To end on a good note, I will start with the "Bad."

1).My apartment leaks from the living room ceiling, the bathroom ceiling, and a light fixture in the living room closet.
2).The bathroom is out of date.
3).The closet doors are about to fall off. 4).Water stands on the balcony floor creating mold.
5).The constant smell of Indian food.
6).The elevators never work.
7).Parking is terrible.
8).The back door sometimes doesn't work making you have to walk around the building down a VERY dark alley way.
9).The laundry machines sometimes doesn't work or the card machine for the laundry machines doesn't work.
10).The cards to get in the doors doesn't work.
11).For as much money as you pay for rent, the building needs paint and other updates.
12).The nice maintenance and security people are constantly being let go. Even if they are the only people willing to help you if there is a problem.
13).There is no office personel at Trolley Square West.
14).The gym has equipment older than me.
15).You don't control the heat or air conditioning in the apartments. If it is hot, you have to leave your windows open which lets in bugs.
16).Ant problems in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom.
17).While taking a shower, the water goes from cool to scorching hot (I mean soo hot that the water could actually cause burns).
18).The landscaping around the building is horrible for what little there actually is.
19).The kitchens are soo small that if more than one person lives in an apartment, there would be no where to store food.
20).The painters did a horrible job.

The "Good"
1).Mangement seems to care and are very friendly.
2).The apartment has nice size rooms and very spacious closets.
3).All the windows let in a lot of sunshine.
4).Had new carpet when we moved in.
5).Sink is separate from the toilet and shower allowing two people to get ready at one time.
