Last poster was very honest, I had a couple other things. If you live in a one bedroom the sink and the shower are not separate and the bathroom is tiny tiny. On some floors the windows face a brick wall so forget about sunlight (they won't show you your real room before move in). Internal doors are made out of paper-mache, basically so thin and cheap that if they get wet they melt. If you have allergies there is mold in the main ventilation (heat and AC) system and you will suffer.

Those are my other "bad" things. There is one really good thing, if you break anything or stain your rug, just say it was like that when you moved in and you can still get your deposit because everything is crappy anyway. The other good thing is your lease is only for a year and you can move out.
