The elevators often miss floors, dont work , and sometimes open between floors. Elevators will also not lign up with the floor they are on, its somewhat dangerous. Parking is not secure, the door to the underground garage is often broken, allowing anyone to enter . Its totally not secure. The apartments are way to hot all year round. In the spring you have to wait for them to turn the heating/cooling system from HEAT to COOLING, so there will be a period of two weeks in the spring where your apartment will hover around 85 degrees inside. Good luck with getting fixed correctly the first time. The gym equipment is antiquated, the treadmill belt constantly slips and the treadmill itself constantly trips the circuit breaker. Its good they do have freeweights, but they are missing pairs and individual weights, so youll have to do with a lopsided workout. The pool has been broken since september. Now that it is actually nice out , its still going to be another month till they get it working. If you have to live somewhere, Trolley Square is bearable, but Id look somewhere else.
