It takes the staff up to a month to fix things. My window was broken by a bird flying into it and it took them 2 months to fix it. They like to enter your apt. without giving any notice. Theres never any staff at the west building. The elevators are always down, or like to stop in between floors. People leave there trash in the halls and in the basement. It smells bad in the halls all the time. Theres graffiti in the stairwells. You can hear everything from the apt. above. The staff is nice but never actually does what they say they will. The washers and dryers never work properly and take your money, and its impossible to get your money back from the office. The basement door is almost always broken, so you cant get in from downstairs. Ive had a HORRIBLE time living here. My lease is up in June and I am counting down the days untill I move. I would NEVER reccomend living in this ---- hole.

Did you receive the lease renew notice? I was told Trolley square increases the rent every year. Is this true?
