Im glad i read all this junk on this site, you guys clued me into look for the hidden trolley. The lobby is real nice and they show you the 'corporate floor,' which is gold-plated and locked 24-7 not for resident use. haha. They refused to show me anything but the "model room." The elevators were insanely slow, i think one is broken and the gym equipment was mostly missing or broken. I looked at some of the other floors where the carpet was stained with what looked like pee and half the light bulbs were burnt out, that place really is craptacular.
