I almost got a place at trolly but after seeing the condos it was a no contest. I spent about 2 months looking and don't be fooled thinking you don't have any choices, Richmond is rebuilding like crazy and there are new apartment complexes all over (fan and shockoe area). Trolly was ok, but very very old, and after reading all these posts I found most of the complaints to be true when visiting.

Don't just settle because you are rushed, there are 100X nicer (new) places to live in Richmond without having to look too hard.

Absolutely. I will be moving from Trolley Square to Park Plaza next month. Good riddance to this filthy building!
