Elevators are the Achilles' heel

Trolley Square East is decent enough. I've been here 4 years and maintenance issues in my apt. have been minimal.
The walls are extremely solid; you cannot hear a thing from your neighbors' apt. There's a firewall in between each. And, unlike most buildings, you'll never hear footsteps on the ceiling above you.
The elevators are a different story. They've seen 41-years constant use and are now borderline dangerous. Trolley Square could make money selling tickets to thrill seekers. They can dub the elevator trip as, "The Most Terrifying Ride of Your Life".
Other than this, the place is alright.
