I moved into this building because I couldn't stand the noise in the dorms. Sadly, the noise in the hall is nearly as bad. Some of the residents seem to think they are still in the dorm and party with their doors open.

My biggest issue with this place has been that they continuously lose my work requests. The contract lists what we can and cannot repair yet when I make a request to get something fixed, it takes weeks or simply disappears. I have learned not to even bother but to simply fix things myself.

I like my apartment well enough - it is bright and cheerful. I am a little bothered by the darkness in the halls and in the parking garage. It does not feel safe. The elevators do not work well, so I am often forced to use the stairwells. Keep in mind that there are more than a dozen floors in this building...

The water is another issue. I know it is an old building but reliable plumbing should be available.

hey how are you ? u really use the stairwells :S not if your in the higher floors i doubt that you would use them ... i do not see people partying now !! do you ?!!! or did they stop a while ago ?
