The elevators do kind of suck, but whatever, it's not like a little exercise hurt anyone....
I don't have any foul odor issues like the previous comment, and it's true, there is hardly ever any noise heard if you ask me. The only time I hear my neighbors is when I walk down the hall.
The staff has always been friendly, perhaps a little absent minded seeming at times, but nice none-the-less.
It's conveniently located to VCU and other Richmond hot spots as well.
My apartment is an efficiency but it's still somehow large and comfortable..
I really don't have any complaints and cannot relate to any of the others except for the elevators being unreliable..

i agree with you that the staff is really friendly ... but the elevators are going to be fixed soon aren't they ? ... are you a student at VCU also ? .. i just moved in a month ago .. despite the horrible comments it's a very nice place
