If you would like to live without running water or sewage while seeing your water bill go up every month, wake up to the sounds of drilling and hammering every morning, have brown water come out of your faucet and not have anyone ever come to fix it (although you will hear how they will be up within the hour), not have access to the gym which will be promised in your lease (because it has been moved to the building down the street), and most importantly be lied to about all "improvements" that are being made (at the expense to your quality of life) than this is the place for you! I have lived in many different cities and many different apartments, and this place is by far the most expensive while offering the least value. You will hear everything you want to about your future apartment when you come in to look at the place, but rest assured these are lies and if you live here you will immediately see that you were duped into renting an apartment for twice the its worth. well heres my thoughts...i have lived here for 1 year...and i must admit the place was a dump!! but the last few months....they have finally made a ton of IMPROVEMENTS!! THE ONLY THING THAT I REALLY CAN'T STAND IS THE HEATING AND AIR. FOR AN EXAMPLE: it has been 80 degrees-PLUS-for the past few days.WE ARE NOT ABLE TO TURN ANY AIR ON!! SO THERE FORE IT IS 90 IN MY APARTMENT....WITH THE WINDOWS OPEN! i CAN'T SLEEP AT NIGHT BECAUSE IT IS LIKE A SAUNA!! AND IN THE WINTER THE HEAT DOESN'T COME BACK "ON" TILL IT BELOW FREEZING!! I WILL DEF. OT BE RENUING MY LEASE AFTER THIS YEAR-MAINLY BECAUSE OF THAT!!
