i lived in their extremely s/hitty west building for a year from 07/08
it was horrible, the staff r really rude 'n don't care what renters have to say
water once filled my apartment from underneath the carpet 'n my room smelled like dead cats for months,
When i moved out i was so0o0o0o0o0o0o0o happy i could not believe my self!!
but did they leave me alone'''' oooh noo, i kept going back 'n forth to their office to ask about what happened to my security deposit that should be "returned to me" after i move out, they kept saying ooh it must be on its wayyy
'n ABOVE THAAAATTTT above the fact that they owe me $1,300, i recieve a call from a collection agency saying that i owe these theives $140 :S:S:S can u freaking believe these people,

live 'n sleep on side walks i swear its better than living in trolley, at least u get peace of mind 'n not feel like u been robbed everyday g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

totally understand, sorry it was that horrible. I've had a bad experience in east building, but after I moved to another apt, I am pretty satisfied. They are finally stepping up to the satisfactory level.
