I was a college student living at trolley from Aug 07-May 08 at first i loved the place but then as they began doing the renovations i began to hate it. For 3 months straight i felt like they were constantly drilling every morning around the same time or people moved out everday. They do not respect the residents that live there and the fact that you may be sleeping or studying. The water got turned off everyday for 2 months straight from 9-4pm!!! Who can go without water this long! When i first moved in my water bill was approx. $25 then as they started turning the water off and doing repairs it gradually rose to $40 every month RIDICULOUS. i felt that i should have to pay for a utility that i got minimal use of. The whole heating and air thing was the worse because they controlled when the heat/ air could be turned on/off. Be careful with them also because when you first move in for the first month your rent may or may not be prorated and they seem to hire new people that dont know what they are talkin about and I got a notice sayin i was paying too much for rent and to only pay a certain amount to get myself back on track for the following month i paid that and went home for a month for christmas break I came back and had an EVICTION NOTICE on my door and had missed the court date for unpaid rent! These people are quick to cash your rent checks but VERY SLOW to get anything else done. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody you pay sooooooooooo much for nothing. OVERRATED
