Not bad - a good place to start From: chanceynanna Date posted: 3/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I was new to Richmond - moved here about 7 months ago. I did extensive searching for an apartment before the move. I compared prices and square footage. This was the best deal for the money I could find on the West end. I've been pretty happy here - there is very little noise and I've always felt safe. The office staff is great. The apartment is still overpriced for what you get. The appliances are very old and my sink continues to clog up. But maintenance is very prompt. The selling point for me was the extra large decks!
