Best Deal in West End From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   While it isn't the nicest apartment complex in the area, I think it is the best for the money. CV at CG was the only apartment I could afford living on my own, and even then it was pretty pricey. Everything in that area is just expensive for one-bedrooms. PROS: AWESOME staff, front office (Mary and Will) were so nice and helpful, maintenance guys are so nice and prompt, free tanning bed, pretty grounds (were perfect for long walks around with my dog), free parking, great location (Kroger, Ukrops, Regency Mall), TONS of storage space, big deck CONS: common areas in buildings were not cleaned often, pricey (but anything comparable in size was more expensive in the area), the people in my building were NOT friendly... I don't even know if anyone else in my building spoke English because they were that unfriendly. However, the crowd at the pool and everywhere else in the complex seemed to look friendly and very social. Overall, I would recommend it. I just had a bad experience in my building and finished school at U of R so I moved.
