I am not a resident at Copper Mill but one thing that really turned me off. Currently I am looking for a new place to live and the other day I walked around Copper Mill and saw too many signs that said "NO TRESPASSING." They are overreacting and overdoing it.
My first impression is they're not warm and welcoming, I'm off elsewhere with my apt hunting.

We strive to ensure our amenities are for our residents only. We find that the people who trespass are the ones who usually cause problems.

I live here now and I have to say that with issues such as the magazine sales people that have been scamming in Henrico, I appreciate that they have those signs. It means if you don't have appropriate business here, for the safety and comfort of our residents don't come on the property. Trespassers are definately NOT welcome here.
