I visited Copper Mill Apartments in Richmond Virginia and was greeted by the most outstanding, enthusiastic, beautiful, friendliest person that I think I've ever met in a public position. She was so informative and delighted to serve me in every aspect. She was very congenial to me and my step-daughter and showed us exactly what I was looking for.
She explained every aspect of the apartment and other community activities. My step-daughter was looking for a nice and safe place for me to live and for my well being and safety. Megan picked up on this and treated me as if I was her mother or a dear friend. I really appreciated that. Megan and I connected right from the start. I am so delighted to now be a part of this apartment community. I have come by during different times of the day just to see how everything was. I was very impressed at it's quietness and friendliness and I am looking forward to moving in. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee that made me feel like she was part of my family. She truly is an asset to your establishment business.
