you really will want to read this.. well maybe you do.. I have been here since novenber its january now I had to beg them to fix the phone liness.. We have two sinks that need fixed, one keeps stopping up one toliet that doesnt work properly and one toliet that needs fixed they half assed fix everything oh yea the dish washer is a freaking joke it has constant standing water and dont wash the dishes properly .. we told them when we moved in we seen dead cockroaches on the floor and they still are here only worse now in everything we own even our new 57 inch tv and our computers we see them everywhere because of the weather and neighbors says they have em to so I know we didnt bring them we moved from a really nice place to here because we were staying with some friends and we wanted our own home.. they dont clean the sidewalks if it snows.. complaine about the trash when you have boxes to throw away. I would move but ya know this contract thing holds me here. unless we want to waste money and start over being new to richmond it was hard to find apartmenst that will rent to anyone
