I have been living here for three years. When we first moved in i was great! Neighbors were great. But as the years have gone by the neighborhood has become a little scary. I would not recommend it for people with young children!
Also the management is a joke. She doesn't manage...she makes excuses and blames things not getting done on her employees. Maintainence is also a joke. We have been waiting on things to get fixed for 4 months now and nothing happens. Everything is fixed just enough so that they can rent the apartments!
Can't wait till our lease is up so we can get out of here. Also when we first moved here we didn't have to pay water or gas and now we are required to. Also the rent has gone up so it's ridiculous.
Find a better place to live!
