Rent Somewhere Else From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   For these to be new apartments, there are some issues. For one thing, there is no insulation between the floors, so you hear your neighbors just walk across the floor. Contrary to another review here, customer service stinks. Previous management was better than what we have now. These apartments are overpriced for what you get. The fixtures and construction look good, but when it comes down to it, the stuff is cheap. The previous owners were the builders and they knew what they were getting rid of! They recently started closing the clubroom at 6:00. I do not know many people that go to play pool during the day. Next thing you know they will put barbed wire around the swimming pool and close it when the office isn't open. They said they closed the clubroom because there was an incident. Why not take care of the people that caused the problem' There are cameras in the room, so why ruin things for everyone' Just a sign of the don't care attitude. The place has been here over two years and isn't even fully rented yet but they keep raising the rent. There is a reason for that. There are a lot of units that are rented by contractors and insurance companies, so your neighbors could care less about the noise they make. I won't even go into the problems that I have had with maintenance here. If they can tell the difference between a hammer and a screwdriver, I would be surprised! All the workers care about here is getting your money and making sure you do not make any issues for them. New management has just added pet rent and charges for trash pickup. Pickup' You still have to take it to the compactor, Nothing has changed, other than another way to get money from you. If you like this kind of customer service, then this is your place!
