Crown Square Apartments

THE WORST From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   The apartments are so ancient and really need an upgrade fast. Since I've been here my kitchen and bathroom floors have been replaced, the shower wall replaced, and my carpet replaced all with the cheapest materials ever. The new kitchen floor is now actually lifting up because for 2 mornings out of 6 months, I've woken up to puddles of water in my kitchen floor due to raggedy hot water tanks. In my second bedroom there are water stains on the ceiling because of a leaky roof. This was supposed to be fixed a year ago. Not to mention the parking is awful and the owner of the apartments only cares about herself. She could careless about making this place somewhere nice to live. The washing facilities are always filthy and you have to pay to rent a washer and dryer that is the size of a gallon bucket. I cant wait until my lease is up here, so I can get the hell out of here. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
