I have lived here for just over a year and have witness a crazy woman run into her ex-boyfriends car in a fit of rage, a drug bust, SWAT teams, and drugs being used in broad day light at the pool. This place has no concern with its residents and the maint. team is so unproessional it's not even worth calling them to fix anything. They took away our only additional parking in front of the clubhouse for no reason at all except saying its what the owners wanted, it took the 1yr to replace my broken dishwasher, and 3mths with no working heat!! I won't even go into the 3mths that the ceiling above the kitchen sink was missing due to a leak! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE IF YOU WANT ANY SORT OF QUALITY!!!! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!! Oh and the noise is rediculous....i have called the police at least 5 times as well as had verbal conflicts with the neighbors

I have lived here for 5 years and I have seen the police here 1 time and it was because someone's guest or friend ran into the mailboxes. I have lived in many apartment communities throughout Richmond and I have never felt safer than I do here at Crown Square. It is quiet both night and day and I never worry about keeping my doors locked. My neighbors are clean and respectful and the new manaager is one of the nicest managers I have ever had for ana aparmtent. When I call him he gets the maintenance guy to come fix any problem right off the bat and I never have to wait. The only problem is that sometimes it does take a couple of times for the maintenance guy to actually FIX the problem. Don't always listen to what some people write about where they live becuase rarely does someone actually write a review when things are good, they usually only write something when they are mad or upset or getting kicked out - probabaly their own fault for not paying their rent :)
