I have lived here going on 3 years and I couldn't be happier to be leaving. We have been through at least 5-6 new employers in the office all nice in a fake way until something needs to be done or fixed. Maintenance man (only 1 guy is staffed) is very nice but everything he fixes needs to be fixed again somewhere down the line. When I asked the guy in the office why it keeps re-occurring he simply said, well those kinds of problems will always keep happening...... WHAT!' Let me enlighten you on what keeps happening, we have a leak above our counter that keeps coming back and dripping all over the place, faucets leaking all the time, carpets were not replaced and dirty when we moved in, even though they said they would be replaced they never were. Paper walls, you can hear people going up and down their stairs, going through their cabinets in the kitchen (even if I am up stairs in my apt.) My neighbor blasts music, he kept music on for literally 2 days, so I went over and asked him nicely to give it a break, the very next day he was in his car blaring music. Which reminds me NO PARKING SPACES EVER!!! Even if it is MY designated parking area in front of my apt. Raccoons are always hanging around the dumpsters. I don't have any kids but I feel bad for the ones that have to play in that so called "playground" it's unsafe looking and extremely small. After maint. "fixed" our water heater after a month of no hot water, I awoke the next morning to water gushing out of the heater and my kitchen and half way into my living room were above ankle height in water. I lost a vacuum cleaner and other household devices that were never replaced because they weren't liable.... wtf!' The carpet was never replaced STILL, and they just vacuumed up the water. Yelling, fighting and sirens are herd at night and during the day. The complex sits right next to a main road and even though there is a wall between us and the road you can hear traffic at every time of the day. Which honking and police sirens aren't very cozy when you are trying to relax for the evening. If you keep your house tidy you won't have any issues with bugs, but one tiny small mistake and you have roaches and ants EVERYWHERE!!! Please do your-self a favor and do not go on with your interest here, it is terrible and you will just find your-self wanting to move asap.
