Very Nice Neighborhood From: uniqu3nam3 Date posted: 2/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The staff is great. They know you by name and will even tell you that you just got a package or mail as soon as you walk into the office. I haven't needed much maintenance, but when I have called the issues are always fixed on the same day. The apartments are in very good condition and the location is wonderful. I have never felt unsafe in this neighborhood, and I have never seen any questionable characters or activity in the 9 months I've lived here. My only complaint is that if you have people living above you, you will probably hear them walking around from time to time, but that's only a problem if it happens in the middle of the night. Definitely recommended!
