I would have to say that even though I haven't been the best tenant, this company has continuously let me down. The dishwasher, garbage disposal, and air conditioning all broke during my year here, and it took many complaints to get them to come fix it (the air conditioning was never actually fixed, though they came in several times and looked at it). When the ac did work, it didn't actually cool the upstairs of the townhouse.
Sometimes I didn't pay my rent on time, and I accept that you have to pay a late fee. However, this company charges the full amount (10%) after only three days late... and if the full amount isn't paid in two days, they charge another $200.
People are always yelling in the street at night. I can hear anything going on in the apartments next door. My front door didn't fit right in the frame, so I had a lot of ants and spiders coming in. Cabinet and closet doors broke off easily. And strangely, the back door can only be locked and unlocked with a key.
I couldn't wait to get out of here.

Your review is 2 sided. I live in their apartments, a quiet building off to the side. I never pay my rent late, maintenance come when called most of the time, and things are fixed correctly. You have to be firm when dealing with mtce issues, but you cant be indignant when your not paying on time.
