From day one I have had problems. I moved from out of town so I was more or less stuck with the apartment. The apartment smelled like cat urine. The tile on the floor needed to be replaced and the wall paper needed to be replaced. I got them to change the wall paper and the carpet but not the tile. To make a long story short. I also had problems with ants, spiders, mice, maintenance men and all sorts of things. The management is terrible and I have never seen anything like it. The gate never works, there is trash around the buildings, dog ---- every where, trash running out of the dumpsters, unresolved maintenance issues. When you have an issue with maintenance they do not leave a work order to let you know they were in your apartment. When I went to check on the other Dominion properties they looked bad. I think Dominion West Endis the newest one, in a few years it will look like the rest of them. The customer service is terrible. They don't have a clue. Very, very unprofessional.
