This apartment community has a horrible management and sales team. (I guess that is expected from most apartment communities). They are not attentive to the service requests, and the tenant above me has a huge dog even though that is against the policy. They have done absoliutely nothing. The dog is at least 100 lbs and likes jumping down from bed and couch, and running around all tyhe time. The building is really old and the heater does not heat in winter and does not cool in the summer.
One more thing, I have referred the place a year ago to another friend and they have not applied the referral discount to me either.

I had no idea! Good thing I came here to check this website before I bothered going to look at them.Where would you recommend living? Looks are deceiving.

Culpepef Farms is a great place to live. The staff is great. And the maintenance guys are very prompt
